International

Missionary Victor Cruz – After finishing seminary in 1997, Victor began planting churches in Mexico. He currently serves as the director of the Strategic Alliance as well as a pastor at El Redentor, a church he planted in 2011 in the Condesa/Roma area of Mexico City.

Missionary Steffen Mueller – Steffen grew up in Southern Germany, served as a pastor in North Carolina, is ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America, and moved back to Germany in 2011 with his wife and two children to plant Gospel Church Munchen in Munich, Germany.

Missionary Jim Fitzgerald – Jim Fitzgerald serves with Equipping Pastors International as a missionary to North Africa and the Middle East. He is an ordained teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America, and has over 20 years experience in pastoral ministry. Jim and his wife, Carole, have been a part of Saint Andrew’s Chapel since 2019.

Ligonier Ministries – Ligonier Ministries is an international Christian discipleship organization that exists to proclaim, teach, and defend the holiness of God in all its fullness to as many people as possible. Founded by Dr. R.C. Sproul in 1971, Ligonier’s teaching fellowship consists of theologians, pastors, and scholars who teach through Renewing Your Mind broadcasts, the Reformation Study Bible, Tabletalk magazine, books, and hundreds of video teaching series. The ministry also offers an undergraduate degree program through Reformation Bible College. In addition, Ligonier hosts national, regional, and international conferences, provides an online learning community through Ligonier Connect, streams twenty-four-hour Christian internet radio through RefNet, answers biblical and theological questions through Ask Ligonier, pursues numerous translation efforts in other countries, and makes available thousands of unique educational resources online at Ligonier.org.

The Rafiki FoundationRafiki Foundation has access to over 1,000 church schools and partners with 23 African denominations, training teachers and sharing their curriculum and Bible studies. Rafiki works in ten of Africa’s neediest countries, providing loving homes for hundreds of orphans, and educates over 2,000 resident orphans and local impoverished children in Pre-K through 12th grade Christian classical schools. Rafiki works through the Widows Program to provide good work, income, and Bible study for widows and impoverished women.

Saint Andrew's Bible Drive – Every other year the congregation of Saint Andrew’s raises funds to purchase new Reformation Study Bibles to be sent to churches, schools, and other ministries all over the world. The Bibles are then distributed to pastors, missionaries, professors, and Bible college students who have limited access to commentaries and theological resources. 

Seminario Reformado LatinoamericanoSRL Seminary – Since 1999, Seminario Reformado Latinoamericano has sought to accomplish its vision and mission to train servants in their native language to bring Reformed indigenous pastors and missionaries to the Spanish-speaking world. After planting the first seminary in Bogota, Colombia, SRL has grown to 22 branches in several countries including Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and Cuba. With the help of over 140 volunteer professors and conference speakers, SRL has presented the doctrines of grace to thousands of people. Under the influence of SRL, three presbyteries and hundreds of Reformed churches have been born with the majority of the graduates laboring in gospel-centered ministries. 

National

Consummation Ministries – O. Palmer and Joanna Robertson – For almost 30 years, Palmer and Joanna served in Africa with African Bible Colleges. In 2019, they returned to the United States and established Consummation Ministries, a non-profit ministry with the theme “All God’s Word for All God’s World Consummating in Christ.” At the heart of Consummation Ministries is the proclamation of redemptive truth by speaking, preaching, and writing about “all God’s Word” for “all God’s world.” Palmer and Joanna currently reside in Winston Salem, North Carolina with their three children.

Presbyterian and Reformed Commission for Chaplain and Military Personnel – serves as the Executive Director and Ecclesiastical Endorser of the Presbyterian and Reformed Commission on Chaplains and Military Personnel (PRCC) which is comprised of seven Reformed and Presbyterian denominations. They work to recruit, shepherd, train, and provide religious covering for over 325 military and civilian chaplains and candidates across the world. Dr. Carter served over 24 years within the Army Chaplaincy as a PCA Chaplain and six years as a senior pastor of a Presbyterian congregation in South Florida before accepting his call to PRCC in 2017.

Wycliffe Bible Translators – Chuck and Barb Micheals – Chuck and Barb have served with Wycliffe Bible Translators since 1985, helping to advance the work of translating God’s Word into various languages. Since 2000, Chuck has led recruitment teams for Wycliffe in the USA and currently serves as a Wycliffe Resource Coordinator, while Barb has helped people join in Wycliffe’s work through the Volunteer and Internship program. Chuck also serves as an elder at Saint Andrew’s Chapel. He and Barb have four children.

Local

Vitality Living at Lake Forest – Vitality Living at Lake Forest is a senior living community in Sanford that offers care and companionship to its residents. Volunteers from Saint Andrew’s minister to the residents through Scripture reading, teaching, singing hymns, and fellowship.

Christian Help – The mission goal of this organization is to meet people at their point of economic need and to continue to work with them until their situation improves.  This includes providing prayer, food, job counseling, and assistance with job searches, referrals, and resumes. 

Jobs Partnership of Florida – This ministry partners with churches, businesses, and community organizations around Orlando to provide job-skills training and mentoring to men and women in need. Participants go through a 12-week training program to learn biblical principles regarding stewardship, work ethic, and vocation. Members from Saint Andrew’s have regularly volunteered as job counselors and mentors to serve those enrolled in the program.

La Viña, Pablo S. Torres – Pablo Torres is an ordained teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church in America. He is planting a PCA church called “La Viña” (The Vineyard), a Hispanic church plant of University Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Orlando. He is passionate about sharing the gospel and shepherding the people of God, and has been serving the Church in various capacities since he was 18 years old. Pablo is married to his wife, Maria, and has two children Pablo and Paola.

Orlando Union Rescue Mission – OURM is one of Central Florida’s oldest and largest homeless service providers. They provide food, clothing and shelter to men, women, and children. OURM’s programs include Bible studies and chapel services and a discipleship work program designed to lead the homeless to independence and self-sufficiency. Members of Saint Andrew’s regularly travel to downtown Orlando to serve food and show the love of Christ to the homeless.

The Pregnancy Centers – Andrea Krazeise – The goal of this Christian organization is to offer women alternatives to abortion by modeling the love of Jesus Christ through compassionate lay counseling and the resources to empower them to make life-affirming decisions.

Redeeming Life Maternity Home – Redeeming Life Maternity Home is located in Sanford, Florida and exists to serve single pregnant and post-partum women who are in need of a safe, caring, Christian environment. Motivated by God's grace, Redeeming Life Maternity Home seeks to meet these needs by showing the love of Christ through regular Bible studies, prayer, and by providing parenting, career, and life skills classes.

Saint Andrew’s Deacons’ Fund – This fund is a benevolence to Saint Andrew’s members and the community at large in times of need. The deacons also oversee the Disaster Response Fund to assist those in need after a disaster strikes.

The Sharing Center – The mission of this organization is to provide essential resources to those in need while ensuring dignity, reflecting Christian generosity, and sharing God’s love. Services include assistance with short-term financial needs, a food pantry, and the Oasis, which serves the homeless by offering a place to shower and charge cell phones. Members of Saint Andrew’s volunteer at the center and donate items for the food pantry.
